| Why did my access/membership suddenly expire? |
If you've joined with a Credit card, and you're getting redirected to the "Expired access page" when you try to login, it means, that your account has become in-active.
This happened due to one of the following reasons:
1) You have chosen to cancel your membership and your paid access period has expired.
Or
2) We have been unable to charge your credit card for the account renewal. This could be due to insufficient funds on your card the day, we tried to charge it, or maybe your bank rejected the charge.
If you're confident that this is a mistake in our end and that your account should still be active, please submit a support ticket Here, so we can look into the problem! Please mind, it's very important you give us ALL your account info so we can locate your account. |
