| Can't access BONUS sites and other subpages |
Update Oct 2nd: We're trying to figure out why a small % of you can't access the bonus sites, we're working on a fix, so please be patient. We'll post the fix here when we have it ready.
Here's some things that can cause the access errors:
1) You have "anonymity" software installed which prevents details of the "referring page" being sent. Please turn off this software or disable this option.
2) you need to make sure your browser has "cookies" enabled.

3) It's not possible to bookmark the bonus site, you'll have to login through our site first and then click to access the bonus site.

If you're denied access to the Bonus sites and other subpages inside the member section you need to look at the software you're using to browse the site.
We're recommend the new free Mozilla FireFox browser, you can download it free here:
Download FireFox It's a small 4MB download and it's a highly recommended browser! It's much safer than Internet Explorer and more customizable.
We're getting alot of emails from AOL users who are using their weird AOL browser.. please get rid of that as soon as possible, and get a REAL browser installed ;-) |
