| How long does it take before I receive my login details? |
As soon as you have successfully joined one of our sites, you'll be presented with welcome page displaying your new Username and Password. If the page with your info doesn't show, or if you closed the browser, you'll still be able to see the info in the welcome email we sent to the email used when signing up. If you haven’t received any email within 20 minutes, then please try to request it to be resent from the Password retrieval page!
INFO: Make sure you check in your SPAM folder when looking for the welcome email, sometimes it will end up in there!
If you still don't receive anything then submit a support ticket. Please remember to include ALL account information, this will speed up the support duration. |
